Nice little themed set, and a tile that actually features a wide overflow. I am looking forward to seeing some more of these sets, and hopefully some town ones with shops or the like in would be nice.

Only drawback is the price, you don't get a lot of 'surface area' for the money compared to the standard 28 tiles+ sets.

This new line from Skeleton Key kicks off with a great, concise map. Much like the Sewer Challenge that Ed released earlier, this product provides a single, evocative setting for you to use as a unique environment.

Unlike most other SKG products these tiles don't join together in multiple ways, but in exchange for less flexibility you get interestingly-shaped, extensively "decked out" environments. As an added bonus, the tiles are provided as a single image for either large-format printing or online (e.g. OpenRPG) use. Personally, I think the detail level is quite good and I appreciate being able to give my players a more "special" feel to an encounter area than the regular tiles allow.

I highly recommend this map so long as you have some flexibility in the environments you use (as in, you aren't trying to recreate published-module maps) and/or you know you want to take your players into a sewer-y, dungeon-y, waterfall-y locale sometime.
